For orders placed online, we are happy to accept returns and provide a full refund at any time within the first 30 days. All we require is for you to send your order back to us by mail. For the return address, please get in touch with our Customer Support team by emailing to email@example.com.
As soon as we receive your order back, we will send you a confirmation email. The money will be refunded to your credit or debit card as soon as possible, but always within 14 days.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable and we do not cover any Customs or duties on International Shipping.
We offer FREE shipping across the US to receive your order. However, we do not ship to Hawaii and Alaska.
We are also unable to ship to other U.S. territories, APO/FPO/DPO and P.O. Boxes.
