Refund Policy:
For orders placed online, we are happy to accept returns and provide a full refund at any time within the first 30 days. All we require is for you to send your order back to us. Keep in mind you will be responsible for all return shipping costs including any customs, fees, or taxes.

As soon as we receive your order back, we will send you a confirmation email. The money will be refunded to your credit or debit card as soon as possible, but always within 14 days.

We do not cover customs or fees incurred with international shipping or cover costs for returns and our shipping fees are non refundable.

If possible we do recommend collecting your glasses in one of our boutiques to check and adjust your frame to ensure a perfect fit of your new OQ glasses!
